PSR has resolved more than ten Accumark reports first-hand through AccuVerify, all returning "Authenticity Confirmed" with results matching the vendor-posted PDFs, and on 2026-10-22 an invented code was rejected. Identity on its reports is by HPLC; the laboratory lists LC-MS identity as a service it plans to add in November 2026. Newer reports carry numeric purity plus endotoxin and PCR sterility panels.
