What is publicly known
An archived capture of paradigmpeptides.com shows a page headed 'Paradigm Peptides CLOSED' stating that the business had ceased operations and that open orders would be refunded.
Later captures of the domain state that Paradigm Peptides no longer processes or ships products directly.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Indiana, the owner of the business (operated as Paradigm Peptides, or Paradigm R.E. LLC) and an employee pleaded guilty to the charges in the Information.
The owner was sentenced to 5 years and 10 months in federal prison and the employee to 1 year and 4 months, each followed by one year of supervised release, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. Local reporting describes the owner's charges as introducing unapproved drugs into interstate commerce with intent to defraud or mislead, and illegally importing merchandise.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says purchasers from April 2019 through March 2024 may be victims and publishes a contact for them on its case page.
