    Laboratory rule change on 22 October 2026: the accreditation point (+1) now applies only to a certificate tested on or after the date from which the accrediting body's register shows the accreditation as active. MDx BioAnalytical Laboratory's PJLA accreditation (certificate L26-502) is active from 9 June 2026, and nine of AminoVault's MDx certificates were tested before that date, so they no longer earn the point. The laboratories' own records for Selank, MT-2, SS-31, SLU-PP-332 and Sermorelin name a different client (Bulk Peptide Supply) from the copies AminoVault posts, so those five certificates now score 0 (a posted copy that differs from the laboratory's copy in product, quantity, purity, client or test dates scores 0); NAD+ was confirmed at the laboratory. The testing gate is now computed from the certificates, and 3 of 22 products have a certificate confirmed at a directory laboratory, fewer than the half required. Lab 5.0 to 3.6. Score 5.25 to 4.48.

Two August 2026 ILS Laboratories certificates for ARA-290 and the BPC-157/TB-500 blend were added and confirmed at the laboratory's portal, and an MDx certificate was added for SLU-PP-332. The CJC-1295/Ipamorelin blend now counts as having no certificate, because the page linked the single-peptide CJC-1295 report. None of the other certificates was confirmed at the issuing laboratory, and nine are more than 12 months old.
