Pricing recomputed on 26 October 2026: listings added for a newly reviewed vendor (Lotus Peptide) moved the market median for the same products: pricing 5.7 to 5.6.
- Lowered from5.47to5.46(-0.01)
Pricing recomputed on 23 October 2026 under the revised rule E1 (standing offers), which prices a size at the lowest total a buyer can pay without a code under standing prices, so a standing offer that includes a second vial at no extra cost now counts at all the milligrams received, in the vendor's own price and in the market medians for the same products: pricing 5.8 to 5.7.
- Lowered from5.58to5.47(-0.11)
Laboratory grades re-checked on 22 October 2026 under the published laboratory rulebook (checks L1 to L6 on How We Rate). ACS Laboratory's A2LA accreditation covers kratom, mushroom, cannabis and hemp testing but not peptides, so its certificates no longer earn the accreditation point (check L6); with under 12 months of peptide reports (check L5) it is graded A-. This affects six Azyrion Labs certificates. Lab 7.0 to 6.8.
- Raised from5.53to5.58(+0.05)
Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the published core-product rule (A1b): a missing certificate on one of the 15 most widely carried products still counts fully, while on any other product it now counts at half weight, so a broad catalogue is not penalised as much for its breadth. Lab 6.9 to 7.0.
- Lowered from5.55to5.53(-0.02)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under the published rulebook, which now gives one rule for each judgement call and applies it to every vendor: transparency 4.5 to 4.0.
- Raised from5.39to5.55(+0.16)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under version 2 of our published rules. The deduction for verification codes the laboratory could not find was retired: each such certificate now keeps its points for the printed key and earns none for confirmation, and codes on certificates we do not score no longer count. Lab 6.6 to 6.9. Score 5.39 to 5.55 (Weak to Fair).
- Lowered from5.46to5.39(-0.07)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under our published rubric for shipping, pricing, operating history and transparency, applied to every vendor the same day: prices re-read from the vendor's site and matched by milligrams per vial, operating history from the earliest dated evidence of the business, and policies scored item by item. shipping and refunds 4.5 to 3.0, pricing 4.5 to 5.8, operating history 1.5 to 1.2, transparency 3.5 to 4.5. Note added 22 October 2026: a score on this entry was corrected from 5.38 to 5.39; it had been rounded down instead of half up.
- Lowered from5.68to5.46(-0.22)
Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the uniform published rubric applied to every vendor: the DSIP certificate listed on its product page is now counted; fixed deductions apply for verification codes the issuing laboratory could not find and one lot number printed on certificates for different compounds. Lab 7.0 to 6.6.
- Raised from4.58to5.68(+1.10)
Lab evidence re-checked on 20 October 2026 under our coverage rule, which counts a listed product with no published certificate as zero in the lab average. Certificates cover 23 of the 25 products we list that the vendor offers for sale. Lab 5.0 to 7.0.
- First publishedat4.58
lab 5.0 / shipping 4.5 / pricing 4.5 / tenure 1.5 / transparency 3.5.
