- Lowered from4.97to4.69(-0.28)
Lab evidence re-checked on 4 November 2026. The Janoshik reports tested on 3 November 2025 (GHK-Cu, MT-2, retatrutide and IGF-1 LR3) passed 12 months old and are the newest on record for those products, so under the published age rule (A6) each now carries the age deduction, alongside the older reports already past 12 months. Lab evidence 5.4 to 4.9.
- Lowered from5.24to4.97(-0.27)
Lab score corrected on 1 November 2026: the stored sub-score read 5.9 while the uniform rule gives 5.4, because the three Janoshik reports tested on 31 October 2025 (BPC-157, CJC-1295, tesamorelin) passed 12 months on 31 October 2026 and each now carries the age deduction (rule A6), alongside the six reports from May 2025 already past 12 months; stored value corrected to the rule. Lab 5.9 to 5.4.
- Lowered from5.29to5.24(-0.05)
Pricing recomputed on 24 October 2026 after Bionova Peptides' first-review prices were recorded; other vendors move only through the market medians: pricing 5.3 to 5.0.
- Raised from5.26to5.29(+0.03)
Pricing recomputed on 24 October 2026: listings added for newly reviewed vendors moved the market median for the same products: pricing 5.1 to 5.3.
- Raised from5.25to5.26(+0.01)
Operating history re-checked on 22 October 2026 under the published rule (earliest dated evidence of the business, including a never-parked store domain and the named operating company, looked up for every vendor): operating history 1.7 to 1.9.
- Raised from5.07to5.25(+0.18)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under the published rulebook, which now gives one rule for each judgement call and applies it to every vendor: shipping and refunds 4.5 to 5.5, transparency 1.5 to 1.0.
- Lowered from5.25to5.07(-0.18)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under our published rubric for shipping, pricing, operating history and transparency, applied to every vendor the same day: prices re-read from the vendor's site and matched by milligrams per vial, operating history from the earliest dated evidence of the business, and policies scored item by item. shipping and refunds 3.3 to 4.5, pricing 7.6 to 5.1, operating history 2.0 to 1.7, transparency 2.0 to 1.5.
- Re-checked, no change (5.25)
Independent testing confirmed: the vendor's Janoshik certificates were opened at the laboratory's own verification site on 22 October 2026, so the untested cap no longer applies.
- Raised from4.58to5.25(+0.67)
Janoshik certificates confirmed on 22 October 2026 at the laboratory's own verification site, so each confirmed report now earns the key-confirmed credit under our published lab rule. Lab 4.7 to 5.9.
- Raised from4.31to4.58(+0.27)
Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the uniform published rubric applied to every vendor: the Janoshik reports linked for 13 of the 14 products we list are now scored as laboratory reports rather than vendor sheets, including the GHK-Cu and PT-141 reports, while Semax shows only a vendor-issued sheet; fixed deductions apply for certificates more than 12 months old, certificates ordered by a supplier or issued to another business, site statements about testing that the certificates do not bear out and one lot number printed on certificates for different compounds. Lab 4.2 to 4.7.
- Raised from3.65to4.31(+0.66)
Lab evidence re-checked on 20 October 2026 under our coverage rule, which counts a listed product with no published certificate as zero in the lab average. Certificates cover 13 of the 14 products we list that the vendor offers for sale. Lab 3.0 to 4.2.
- Raised from2.05to3.65(+1.60)
Re-audited on 2026-10-18. The second set of images on each product page, labeled as third-party tests and not assessed in May, was read in full: they are Janoshik Analytical reports ordered by the Chinese manufacturer on its own material, with no batch identified, rather than tests of Cernum's stock. Lab moves from 0 to 3.0 to credit that supplier testing, while testing of Cernum's own lots remains unestablished, so the third-party gate still applies. Pricing eases from 7.9 to 7.6 on a fresh comparison of 20 products about a fifth above the market median. Shipping, tenure and transparency are unchanged: no returns, discretionary refunds, and no company or address published.
