- Raised from6.38to6.54(+0.16)
Certificate library re-checked on 23 October 2026: the GHK-Cu and Tesamorelin certificates were confirmed in Vanguard Laboratory's own records, so two more products count as confirmed at the issuing laboratory. Lab 6.0 to 6.3.
- Lowered from6.82to6.38(-0.44)
Laboratory grades re-checked on 22 October 2026 under the published laboratory rulebook (checks L1 to L6 on How We Rate). Vanguard Laboratory's A2LA accreditation does not cover peptide testing (its scope lists microbiology, trace elements, preservatives and residual solvents), so its certificates no longer earn the accreditation point (check L6); its identity test is by HPLC retention time (check L4), which grades it B+. This affects 13 of Core Peptides' certificates. Lab 6.8 to 6.0.
- Raised from6.71to6.82(+0.11)
Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the published core-product rule (A1b): a missing certificate on one of the 15 most widely carried products still counts fully, while on any other product it now counts at half weight, so a broad catalogue is not penalised as much for its breadth. Lab 6.6 to 6.8. Note added 22 October 2026: a score on this entry was corrected from 6.70 to 6.71; it had been rounded down instead of half up. Note added 22 October 2026: a score on this entry was corrected from 6.81 to 6.82; it had been rounded down instead of half up.
- Raised from6.68to6.71(+0.03)
Operating history re-checked on 22 October 2026 under the published rule (earliest dated evidence of the business, including a never-parked store domain and the named operating company, looked up for every vendor): operating history 6.5 to 7.0.
- Raised from6.63to6.68(+0.05)
Claim deductions re-checked on 22 October 2026 under the published rule that a claim deduction applies only where a site claim is contradicted by what its certificates show, never for products merely lacking a certificate. Lab 6.5 to 6.6.
- Lowered from6.67to6.63(-0.04)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under our published rubric for shipping, pricing, operating history and transparency, applied to every vendor the same day: prices re-read from the vendor's site and matched by milligrams per vial, operating history from the earliest dated evidence of the business, and policies scored item by item. shipping and refunds 7.0 to 7.5, pricing 7.6 to 7.0, operating history 7.0 to 6.5, transparency 4.0 to 3.5.
- Raised from6.61to6.67(+0.06)
Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the uniform published rubric applied to every vendor: every listed product was rescored on the same fixed certificate points, with fixed deductions for site statements about testing that the certificates do not bear out. Lab 6.4 to 6.5.
- Raised from6.28to6.61(+0.33)
Lab 5.8 to 6.4. Recomputed under our published rule, which averages the lab score over the products we list and counts a listed product with no certificate as zero. Thirteen of 17 listed products carry Vanguard Laboratory reports listed under Core Peptides' name; the document shown for Fragment 176-191 is the AOD-9604 analysis, so that product now counts as having no certificate. A small deduction applies because the site says every product is tested before release while four listed products have no certificate of their own.
- Raised from3.11to6.28(+3.17)
Re-audited 2026-10-18, replacing a May 2026 seed score that was never properly audited. Lab rises from 0 to 5.8 and testing status moves from not tested to third-party tested: 14 of 17 tracked products now link Vanguard Laboratory reports, and the reports we checked are listed in Vanguard's own reporting hub, though the panels cover purity and identity only, and the Fragment 176-191 report repeats the AOD-9604 analysis. Shipping rises from 5.9 to 7.0 for a clear dispatch table, card payment and a 30-day refund window. Pricing falls from 8.5 to 7.6 on live standard prices near the market median. Tenure moves from 8.5 to 7.0 for a domain registered in October 2019. Transparency eases from 4.6 to 4.0: an Orlando suite address and phone, but no legal entity or governing law. Semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide remain unlisted.
