Overall score, October 26, 2026 to November 6, 2026. Each dot is a recorded score; the filled dot is today’s.

Every entry newest first

  1. Lowered from3.74to3.68(-0.06)

Lab evidence recomputed under the published rule on 6 November 2026: the list of the 15 products carried by the most vendors changed when new vendors were added (KLOW replaced sermorelin), which changes the weight of a missing certificate under rule A1b. Lab evidence 1.6 to 1.5.

  2. Lowered from3.85to3.74(-0.11)

Lab evidence re-checked on 3 November 2026. The company posted three certificates dated 30 October 2026 from Amino Metrics, a laboratory whose independence we could not establish, for tirzepatide, KPV and MOTS-c; all three were confirmed at that laboratory. Where a product has several certificates the newest is scored, so MOTS-c now rests on the Amino Metrics certificate, which scores a flat 2.0, instead of an earlier Freedom Diagnostics certificate. Lab 1.8 to 1.6.

  3. Raised from3.79to3.85(+0.06)

Lab score corrected on 31 October 2026: the stored sub-score read 1.7 while the publication note of 26 October and the uniform rule both give 1.8. Two Amino Metrics certificates (KPV 10mg, Tirzepatide 20mg) added to the listing on 31 October score the flat 2.0 for a laboratory whose independence is not established, and leave the rule value at 1.8. Lab 1.7 to 1.8.

  4. Lowered from3.85to3.79(-0.06)

Core products recomputed on 29 October 2026 (rule A1b): listings added for newly reviewed vendors made NAD+ a core product in place of CJC-1295, so a missing certificate for each now counts at its new weight: lab 1.8 to 1.7.

  5. First publishedat3.85

lab 1.8 / shipping 6.5 / pricing 9.5 / tenure 1.1 / transparency 1.5. First audit after the vendor's submission. All 11 published certificates were found at the issuing laboratories and matched the store's copies, but they cover 4 of the 24 catalogue products it sells, so testing could not be independently verified for most of the range.
