Overall score, October 21, 2026 to November 6, 2026. Each dot is a recorded score; the filled dot is today’s.

Every entry newest first

  1. Re-checked, no change (6.75)

Lab evidence recomputed under the published rule on 6 November 2026: the list of the 15 products carried by the most vendors changed when new vendors were added (KLOW replaced sermorelin), which changes the weight of a missing certificate under rule A1b. Lab evidence 6.4 to 6.5.

  2. Re-checked, no change (6.75)

Certificate library re-checked on 23 October 2026: three new certificates confirmed at the issuing laboratories. Lab 6.0 to 6.4.

  3. Re-checked, no change (6.75)

Laboratory grades re-checked on 22 October 2026 under the published laboratory rulebook (checks L1 to L6 on How We Rate). Vanguard Laboratory's A2LA accreditation does not cover peptide testing (its scope lists microbiology, trace elements, preservatives and residual solvents), and Ethos Analytics Laboratory's PJLA accreditation covers supplement, botanical and cosmetic testing but not peptides, so their certificates no longer earn the accreditation point (check L6); each identifies by HPLC retention time (check L4), which grades them B+. This affects all 21 Modified Aminos certificates. Lab 6.9 to 6.0. The overall score stays at 6.75, held by the testing-gate cap.

  4. Re-checked, no change (6.75)

Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the published core-product rule (A1b): a missing certificate on one of the 15 most widely carried products still counts fully, while on any other product it now counts at half weight, so a broad catalogue is not penalised as much for its breadth. Lab 6.6 to 6.9. The overall score stays at 6.75, held by the testing-gate cap.

  5. Raised from6.64to6.75(+0.11)

Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under version 2 of our published rules. The Ethos sample IDs printed on 16 certificates now count as printed keys, and the current Epitalon, MOTS-c and GLOW certificates were confirmed at Ethos; the Ethos microbiological screen (USP <61>/<62>) is microbial limits, not sterility, so it no longer earns sterility points. The testing gate is now computed from the certificates: 3 of 25 products have a certificate confirmed at a directory laboratory (Ethos lists only what a client chooses to publish, and Vanguard's lookup could not be reached), fewer than the half required, so the cap now applies and holds the score at its cap. Lab 5.4 to 6.6. Score 6.64 to 6.75.

  6. Raised from6.50to6.64(+0.14)

Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under our published rubric for shipping, pricing, operating history and transparency, applied to every vendor the same day: prices re-read from the vendor's site and matched by milligrams per vial, operating history from the earliest dated evidence of the business, and policies scored item by item. shipping and refunds 9.0 to 9.5, pricing 9.0 to 9.2, operating history 2.0 to 1.8, transparency 5.5 to 6.0.

  7. Raised from6.44to6.50(+0.06)

Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the uniform published rubric applied to every vendor: every listed product was rescored on the same fixed certificate points. Lab 5.3 to 5.4.

  8. Lowered from7.65to6.44(-1.21)

Lab 7.5 to 5.3. The earlier lab score averaged only the 21 listed products that have a certificate. Four products we list (MT-2, Sermorelin, NAD+ and Cagrilintide) had no certificate in the vendor's library, and under our rule they count as zero. The public notes were also corrected: no certificate we read covers the seven analyses the vendor advertises.

Score changes for every vendor are on the score changes page. Modified Aminos may display its current score with the score badge, which updates automatically and has no effect on the score.
