Every entry newest first

  1. Raised from3.75to3.76(+0.01)

Scores re-checked on 6 November 2026 after the correction review pricing 7.6 to 7.7.

  2. Lowered from3.90to3.75(-0.15)

Corrections on 6 November 2026. The published rule gives lab 1.9, not 2.0. The FAQ says refunds are issued for verified damaged or incorrect shipments, while the shipping page offers a replacement or store credit and refunds only in exceptional circumstances, so the contradiction deduction applies. Shipping 7.0 to 6.5.

  3. Lowered from4.06to3.90(-0.16)

Full re-audit on 5 November 2026 after the company asked for an independent review. It has posted new Amino Metrics certificates for MOTS-c and tirzepatide, both confirmed at that laboratory, whose independence we could not establish. Our rules score the newest certificate for each product, so MOTS-c moved from a Freedom Diagnostics certificate to the flat score, and 1 of 21 products now has a certificate from a laboratory we could establish. Lab 2.3 to 2.0; operating history 1.6 to 1.7. Shipping, pricing and transparency are unchanged.

  4. Raised from4.05to4.06(+0.01)

Market medians updated after Delix Labs and Ageless Peptides were added pricing 7.5 to 7.6.

  5. Lowered from4.08to4.05(-0.03)

Pricing recomputed on 27 October 2026: listings added for a newly reviewed vendor (Peptide Pro) moved the market median for the same products pricing 7.7 to 7.5.

  6. Lowered from4.09to4.08(-0.01)

Pricing recomputed on 26 October 2026: listings added for a newly reviewed vendor (StudzPeptides) moved the market median for the same products: pricing 7.8 to 7.7.

  7. Lowered from4.11to4.09(-0.02)

Pricing recomputed on 26 October 2026: listings added for a newly reviewed vendor (Lotus Peptide) moved the market median for the same products: pricing 7.9 to 7.8.

  8. Raised from3.65to3.67(+0.02)

Pricing recomputed on 24 October 2026: listings added for newly reviewed vendors moved the market median for the same products: pricing 7.8 to 7.9.

  9. Raised from3.67to4.11(+0.44)

Certificate library re-checked on 23 October 2026: fifteen new certificates confirmed at the issuing laboratories. Lab 1.5 to 2.3.

  10. Lowered from3.67to3.65(-0.02)

Pricing recomputed on 23 October 2026 from current listings with the published rule (section E), after listings added or updated since 22 October, including a newly reviewed vendor's, moved the market median for the same products: pricing 7.9 to 7.8.

  11. Raised from3.50to3.67(+0.17)

Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the published core-product rule (A1b): a missing certificate on one of the 15 most widely carried products still counts fully, while on any other product it now counts at half weight, so a broad catalogue is not penalised as much for its breadth. Lab 1.2 to 1.5.

  12. Raised from3.15to3.50(+0.35)

Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under the published rulebook, which now gives one rule for each judgement call and applies it to every vendor: shipping and refunds 5.5 to 7.0, transparency 2.5 to 3.5.

  13. Re-checked, no change (3.15)

Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under version 2 of our published rules. No score change. The testing gate is now computed from the certificates instead of set by hand: 2 of 20 products have a certificate from a directory laboratory with the key confirmed at the laboratory, fewer than the half required, so the testing cap applies; the cap sits above the weighted score, so it does not lower it.

  14. Lowered from3.24to3.15(-0.09)

Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under our published rubric for shipping, pricing, operating history and transparency, applied to every vendor the same day: prices re-read from the vendor's site and matched by milligrams per vial, operating history from the earliest dated evidence of the business, and policies scored item by item. shipping and refunds 6.0 to 5.5, pricing 7.5 to 7.9, operating history 2.0 to 1.6, transparency 3.0 to 2.5.

  15. Lowered from3.51to3.24(-0.27)

Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the uniform published rubric applied to every vendor: the Mistral Diagnostics certificates now score the fixed 2.0 the rubric gives a laboratory whose independence we could not establish; fixed deductions apply for one lot number printed on certificates for different compounds. Lab 1.7 to 1.2.

  16. Lowered from4.50to3.51(-0.99)

Lab 3.5 to 1.7. Recomputed under our published rule, which averages the lab score over the products we list and counts a listed product with no certificate as zero: certificates verified at the laboratory cover 2 of the 20 products we list, six rest on a laboratory we could not establish as independent, and twelve have none.

  17. First publishedat4.50

    lab 3.5 / shipping 6.0 / pricing 7.5 / tenure 2.0 / transparency 3.0.
