Shipping 10 to 7.3: a seven-day return window with a prepaid label, but lost-parcel handling is discretionary, damage is not addressed, and the terms of use say all sales are final. Pricing 9.5 to 8.2: prices sit below the market on most products, in line with similarly priced vendors. Tenure 7.2 to 7.0: domain registered October 2019. Transparency 9.5 to 5.0: no company name, address, phone or named owner is published.

The reports still print keys and most products also have an endotoxin report; two reports date from mid 2025. Six listing rows that showed sterility testing were corrected, because no sterility testing appears.
