How to verify an ACS Laboratory COA

Four steps
Find the code on the certificate
Each report carries a QR code.
Open the laboratory's own lookup
Scan the QR code; it opens the report on peptides.mahiportal.com, the laboratory's portal. Type the address yourself rather than following a link from the seller, and make sure the page is on the laboratory's own domain.
Compare the result with the vendor's copy
A real QR code opens the laboratory's PDF. The product, lot, client name, test date, purity and quantity should all match; any difference in these is a material difference.
Run the control check
An altered code returns a message that no approved reports are linked to it. Change one character of a real code and look it up again: a lookup that answers every code proves nothing.
