Shipping rises from 5.9 to 8.0 on a published same-day cutoff, tracked USPS shipping, damage and loss replacement and a return route for unopened items, held back by contradictory wording in the general terms. Pricing rises from 4.6 to 8.3 because standard prices now sit at the market median across 33 compounds. Tenure eases from 3.3 to 2.8 because the current store dates from 2025 even though the domain is older. Transparency rises from 3.3 to 4.5 for the verifiable certificate library and a published mailing address, still limited by the absence of a named operating company. Note added 22 October 2026: the two full-panel reports are from Vanguard Laboratory; Vanguard Laboratory's A2LA accreditation does not cover peptide testing, so it is not counted as accredited (check L6).
Editor’s notes
As of our 18 October 2026 audit, Direct Peptides publishes a certificate for every peptide it sells, and almost all of them check out with the laboratory that issued them. For thirty of its thirty-three compounds, the latest lot shown on the product page carries a purity, identity and content report plus an endotoxin report from Horizon Analytical, and all but two of those came back on Horizon's own verification portal as Direct Peptides records matching the vendor's copy. Retatrutide and the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend carry full panels from Vanguard Laboratory, which cites ISO 17025 accreditation although its scope does not cover peptide testing, including sterility and heavy metals; Vanguard's public reporting hub shows no published reports under the company named on them, so these two could not be confirmed. Limits: Horizon is a laboratory without accreditation on our record, the KLOW blend purity report could not be found there, the vendor's copy of the oxytocin certificate prints a measured content of 9.96 mg on a 5 mg label where the laboratory's copy prints 4.96 mg, and the retatrutide vial measured about 8% under label. Orders ship by USPS from the US, the same day when placed before noon Pacific, with tracking. Damaged or missing items are replaced and unopened products can be returned for a refund, although the general terms say transit losses are not covered. Cards are accepted. At our 22 October 2026 check, prices ran about a fifth above the market median overall. The site lists a Houston mailing address and phone number but no operating company, and the current store launched in 2025. Certificates cover all 33 products we list; we confirmed nearly all of them with the issuing laboratory in October 2026, except the KLOW purity report, two Vanguard reports with no public record, and an oxytocin report whose posted copy differs from the laboratory copy. Several Direct Peptides analyses also appear on Horizon reports issued later to other businesses, with the same purity, measured quantity and chromatogram, so the matching reports are not independent tests: Peptyes (through Privilege Bio Labs) for CJC-1295, the CJC-1295/ipamorelin blend, kisspeptin, oxytocin, TB-500 and selank; Bluum Peptides for DSIP, semax, hexarelin and oxytocin; Pinnacle Peptide Labs for ten products; and Peptide Pro for TB-500, melanotan II and oxytocin. Direct Peptides' records are the earliest of each set, so this does not change its score.
