Lab evidence recomputed under the published rule on 6 November 2026: the list of the 15 products carried by the most vendors changed when new vendors were added (KLOW replaced sermorelin), which changes the weight of a missing certificate under rule A1b. Lab evidence 5.8 to 5.9.
- Lowered from6.10to6.08(-0.02)

- Raised from6.01to6.07(+0.06)
Core products recomputed on 29 October 2026 (rule A1b): listings added for newly reviewed vendors made NAD+ a core product in place of CJC-1295, so a missing certificate for each now counts at its new weight: lab 5.7 to 5.8.
- Lowered from6.03to6.01(-0.02)

- Lowered from6.07to6.04(-0.03)
Pricing recomputed on 26 October 2026: listings added for a newly reviewed vendor (StudzPeptides) moved the market median for the same products: pricing 7.8 to 7.6.
- Lowered from6.46to6.07(-0.39)
Laboratory grades re-checked on 22 October 2026 under the published laboratory rulebook (checks L1 to L6 on How We Rate). Vanguard Laboratory's A2LA accreditation does not cover peptide testing (its scope lists microbiology, trace elements, preservatives and residual solvents), so its certificates no longer earn the accreditation point (check L6); its identity test is by HPLC retention time (check L4), which grades it B+. This affects all 21 Hello Stacks certificates. The same check found that these certificates carry no identity test, so our records no longer list LC-MS identity for them. Lab 6.4 to 5.7.
- Raised from6.07to6.46(+0.39)
Lab score recalculated on 22 October 2026 under the published core-product rule (A1b): a missing certificate on one of the 15 most widely carried products still counts fully, while on any other product it now counts at half weight, so a broad catalogue is not penalised as much for its breadth. Lab 5.7 to 6.4.
- Lowered from6.10to6.07(-0.03)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under the published rulebook, which now gives one rule for each judgement call and applies it to every vendor: transparency 6.5 to 6.0.
- Raised from6.04to6.10(+0.06)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under version 2 of our published rules. The deduction for verification codes the laboratory could not find was retired: each such certificate now keeps its points for the printed key and earns none for confirmation, and codes on certificates we do not score no longer count: the one code behind it is not on the scored MOTS-c certificate. Lab 5.6 to 5.7. Score 6.04 to 6.10.
- Lowered from6.54to6.04(-0.50)
Re-scored on 22 October 2026 under our published rubric for shipping, pricing, operating history and transparency, applied to every vendor the same day: prices re-read from the vendor's site and matched by milligrams per vial, operating history from the earliest dated evidence of the business, and policies scored item by item. shipping and refunds 8.0 to 7.0, pricing 8.0 to 7.8, operating history 5.9 to 1.3, transparency 7.3 to 6.5.
- Raised from6.12to6.54(+0.42)
Pricing 5.2 to 8.0. The earlier figure blended the pen line with the vials. Our method everywhere else uses standard prices for the cheapest plain vial of each compound, with no code applied; on that basis the plain vials sit at about 0.87 times the market median per milligram, with 26 of 32 compounds below the median.
- Lowered from7.33to6.12(-1.21)
Lab evidence re-checked on 20 October 2026 under our coverage rule, which counts a listed product with no published certificate as zero in the lab average. Certificates cover 21 of the 33 products we list that the vendor offers for sale. Lab 7.8 to 5.6.
