Editor’s notes
Hello Stacks runs its testing through Vanguard Laboratory, which cites ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation through A2LA (its scope does not cover peptide testing, checked 22 October 2026), and publishes 31 certificates with a per-certificate verification page on the laboratory's own domain. We checked them first-hand and the verification mechanism is the strongest we have used: each certificate resolves to a unique record showing the issuing party, the report number and an authentication state. Endotoxin is reported on every certificate, and the results vary rather than repeating one convenient figure, which is what a genuine assay looks like. Against that, the certificates reflect two testing rounds rather than per-batch testing, no identity test, sterility or heavy-metals results appear anywhere, roughly half the purity figures are specification limits rather than measured values, and one lot code is shared across as many as nine different compounds, so a lot number does not identify a single production batch. Retatrutide and tirzepatide are listed as GLP-1 R and GLP-1 T, and compound-specific naming is part of our transparency measure. Certificates exist for GLP-1 T at 10mg, 30mg and 60mg, but no plain GLP-1 T vial is on the storefront as of 6 October 2026; it is sold only as a pen. Pricing splits sharply by product form and readers should know which half they are buying. The plain vials are good value: when we re-read standard prices for the cheapest plain vial of each compound on 22 October 2026, with the pens excluded, they sat at about 0.9 times the market median per milligram across the 32 compounds we could compare. The exceptions are worth naming: oxytocin 2mg works out to roughly five times the market median per milligram, sermorelin about 1.6 times, and epitalon about 1.3 times. The StackOne pen line is roughly 2.9 times median, and the GHK-Cu pen is about 7.5 times, so a discount applied there still leaves a reader paying well above the market. Shipping is a genuine strength: free above an order minimum, same-business-day dispatch before 2:00 PM PST, and quantity breaks of 10% at five units and 25% at ten. Certificates cover 21 of the 34 products we list, and every one of those 21 resolves at the laboratory's own verification hub.
