Re-audited 18 October 2026, replacing the 7 July 2026 review. Lab fell from 7.0 to 2.0. The July score treated North American Diagnostics as a real third-party lab. This audit found that its website carries the same mail-account ownership token as the vendor's domain and shares its, registrar and nameservers with the vendor's domain, that 781 of its 796 published reports name this vendor, that its sterility results were issued too quickly for the method they cite, and that four report sets are dated after their own publication. Only the retatrutide certificates, from Vanguard Laboratory, whose ISO/IEC 17025 scope does not cover peptide testing, were confirmed at an independent laboratory. Shipping moved from 7.2 to 6.8: shipping is fast and cards are accepted, but claim windows are short, packed orders cannot be cancelled, and buying requires an account. Pricing moved from 8.2 to 8.3 on a fresh read of 45 products. Tenure fell from 2.8 to 1.8 because the domain is under a year old. Transparency fell from 6.2 to 3.5: the site names no company, address or staff, its stated founding year conflicts with its domain records, and its own pages give conflicting answers on phone support. Note added 22 October 2026: Vanguard Laboratory's A2LA accreditation does not cover peptide testing, so it is not counted as accredited (check L6).
Editor’s notes
PSPeptides publishes one of the largest certificate libraries we have reviewed, but nearly all of it comes from one laboratory we could not establish as independent. Retatrutide is the exception. Its current certificates come from Vanguard Laboratory, whose ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation does not cover peptide testing (A2LA scope checked 22 October 2026), and all five matched the laboratory's own records when we checked on 18 October 2026. They cover identity, purity and measured content, but not endotoxin or sterility. Every other product relies on North American Diagnostics. That laboratory's website was registered in mid 2026, months after certificates bearing its name first appeared. Its domain carries the same mail-account ownership token as PSPeptides' own domain and uses the same registrar and nameservers, and every report it publishes names PSPeptides as the client. Its sterility reports cite a method that needs a fourteen-day incubation, yet they were posted within one to six days of the order date. Four report sets give an order date later than the date they were published. Under rule A3 these documents score a flat 2.0 out of 10, the fixed score our rubric gives documents from a laboratory whose independence we could not establish, and they do not count toward the testing gate. The site says the business dates from 2020, but its domain was registered in November 2025. Prices sit well below the market on most products. Orders ship quickly by UPS with tracking, cards are accepted, and buying requires an account. Damage claims need photo and video within three days, and packed orders cannot be cancelled.
